All our products come with a manufacturer's warranty (length of warranty varies). If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, we will provide a "Returned Materials Authorisation" (RMA) number and give you a refund upon receipt of the goods in pristine condition. Alternatively we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product. Thereafter, failures will be treated as "failure in service" and warranty procedures will be invoked. Products which are not faulty and which perform the function advertised will not normally be accepted for return. If an exception is made, a restocking fee of 30% may be applied. If in doubt about the functionality of any product or its suitability for your project, please contact us before purchase. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing so please ensure that you retain it until you are absolutely satisfied with your purchase.

Delivery charges are calculated on a per-order basis (currently 12.00 GBP plus VAT for UK shipments) and will be added on checkout.

We always try to ensure that prices are correct at time of publication but errors and omissions are excepted and the automatic "confirmation of order" email you receive from the site does not form a binding contract to supply at the advertised price in the event of an error. If we are unable to accept your order at the website price you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
