Business to Business Sales

Entrix is primarily a business-to-business company and we no longer sell to consumers except under special circumstances. If you are a consumer looking to purchase products for domestic use, please contact Entrix to discuss it before placing an order online.

Product Availability

Products listed for sale on this website are not always in stock. Where an item is normally held in stock, there will be a stock level shown but you are always welcome to check before ordering. If you wish to check whether an item is in stock, please feel free to call us or to send a contact message before ordering. In the event that you place an order for something which is not in stock, we will contact you to give an estimate of delivery time and you will have the option to cancel if the lead time is unacceptable.

Return / Refund Policy

All our products come with a manufacturer's warranty (length of warranty varies). If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, we will provide a "Returned Materials Authorisation" (RMA) number and give you a refund upon receipt of the goods in pristine condition. Alternatively we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product. Thereafter, failures will be treated as "failure in service" and warranty procedures will be invoked. Products which are not faulty and which perform the function advertised will not normally be accepted for return. If an exception is made, a restocking fee of 30% may be applied. If in doubt about the functionality of any product or its suitability for your project, please contact us before purchase. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing so please ensure that you retain it until you are absolutely satisfied with your purchase.

You must contact us to discuss any problems and obtain a Return Materials Authorisation number (RMA) before return despatch.
We will always endeavour to assist you in solving any problems that you may encounter in installing or configuring equipment and we urge you to contact us early if you are having difficulties..

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on a per-order basis (currently 12.00 GBP plus VAT for UK shipments) and will be added on checkout.


Goods are charged at the price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. We always try to ensure that prices are correct at time of publication but errors and omissions are excepted and the automatic "confirmation of order" email you receive from the site does not form a binding contract to supply at the advertised price in the event of an error. If we are unable to accept your order at the website price you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. Please be assured that errors of this type are very rare.

Complaints and Disputes

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days and usually within hours).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
