Entrix provides first line technical support for the products that we sell. This is backed up by the technical support teams at our suppliers.
It is always best to come to Entrix first, then we will set up a technical support case which we then track, even if we put you in direct contact with the manufacturers.

Digi International Products
Digi International, like many other companies, primarily works through its partners and Digi may be unwilling to assist you directly unless you have first been referred by Entrix or you have purchased an enterprise support contract or incident-based support packs. You should contact Entrix if you require assistance. We do not charge for technical support.

Product Selection Assistance
It's an unavoidable fact that there are many variants of our products and hundreds of SKUs or product numbers. This can be rather daunting so please call for help on 01223 750277. We can often save you a lot of time and money and ensure that you select the right product for the task.
We are working on our website to make it easier to research self-select products if you prefer it. This involves applying filters to the various options to narrow down the thousands of part numbers so that you are not overwhelmed. Where filters are available, click the tick boxes. These are cumulative so that if you select more than one button, the product must match all of the selected filters to be displayed.
